After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the instant writ petition. Withdrawal is allowed without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to approach this Court in case the petitioners feel that this case does not deserve a charge to be framed against the petitioners as the case is still to be argued on the charge-sheet.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with connected application.
