ORDER
31.12.2022
01. The issue which has been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he would be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to accord consideration to the representation which is alleged to have been filed by the petitioner for renewal of his A Class Registration Contractor Card bearing registration No. PWD(R&B)-J/A/94/2019-20 issued to the petitioner for the execution of the civil works of PWD Department, which is pending before the Chief Engineer, PWD (R&B) Department.
02. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the requisite fee has already been deposited by the petitioner in this regard and he has also filed an application before the concerned authority dated 10[th] May 2022 seeking the renewal of the same.
03. Heard learned counsel for the parties at length.

05. The petition is taken on board and is disposed of at this threshold stage by directing the respondents to accord consideration and pass a speaking order to the representation allegedly to have been filed by the petitioner before them seeking renewal of A- Class Registration Contractor Card in conformity with the Rules in vogue within a period of six weeks from the date copy of this order along with the copy of writ petition attached with all annexures so filed with the writ petition are made available to the respondents.
