The record reveals that the instant petition was listed way back on 03.08.2012 when the notice was issued and since then no efforts were made to get the instant petition listed. Today, when the case was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present petition.

The instant petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
