01. In this petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondents to create the posts of Registrar (Computer), Additional Registrar (Computer), Joint Registrar (Computer), Deputy Registrar (Computer), Section Officer (Computer)and some additional posts of Data Entry Operators/ Computer Operators in the computer cadre of the High Court.
02. The petitioners claim that they have made a detailed representation to the Registrar General of this Court but the same is not being considered.
03. Having regard to the nature of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the nature of relief prayed for, this petition is disposed of by directing the Registrar General of this Court to consider and take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioners on 21[st] November, 2023. The Registrar General shall do well to pass final orders on the representation of the petitioners within a period of two months from today.
04. Writ Petition disposed of along with connected CM.
