Record reveals that notice was issued in the instant petition way back on 18.09.2012 and the last date of hearing in the instant petition was 05.04.2016 and since then no efforts were ever made by the petitioner to get the case listed for almost 08 years.

Today when the case has come up for hearing before this Court, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the instant petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected application(s).

Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
