Leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner would feel satisfied, if respondents are directed to extend the benefit of S.O. 513 dated 12[th] of October, 2022, on account revised of minimum rates of wages, EPF, ECI, to the petitioners under rules.
In view of aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the petitioners and with consensus of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to extend the benefit of S.O. 513 dated 12[th] of October, 2022, on account revised of minimum rates of wages, EPF, ECI, to the petitioners under rules.
Disposed of as above along with connected CM
