Coram: Hon’ble Rajeev Gupta, C.J. Hon’ble J.C.S. Rawat, J.

RAJEEV GUPTA, C.J. (Oral)

Sri Atul Tripathi, Advocate on behalf of Sri B.D. Upadhyaya, Advocate for the petitioner. Sri Lait Belwal, Advocate for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the parties submit that the writ petition filed by petitioner Roop Chandra Lakhera in the year 1999, seeking a direction to the respondent to disclose the marks secured by the petitioner in the examination conducted by the Public Service Commission in the year 1997, has now become infructuous on account of the lapse of a period of about 10 years since the filing of the writ petition.

3. The writ petition, therefore, is dismissed as infructuous.
