Having considered the arguments and looking to the hard faced circumstances by Smt. Chandrakala @ Shivani, the matrimonial case launched by Shri Sanjay Kumar Dobriyal namelypetition no. 40/2017 ‘Sanjay Kumar Dobriyal vs. Smt. Chandrakala’ filed u/s 13(1) (ia) of Hindu Marriage Act pending in the court of Addl. Family Judge, Rishikesh, District Dehradun shall stand transferred to the Judge, Family Court, Kotdwar, Pauri Garhwal.
It is hereby directed that Judge, Family Court shall expedite the matter. Petition finally stands disposed of.
