Hon’ble V.K. Bist, J.
This withdrawal application has been filed by the petitioner, seeking withdrawal of this writ petition. In the application, it is stated by the petitioner that the respondent nos. 3 & 5 have initiated proceedings for absorption of teachers and, in this process, the respondent no. 5 has recommended the name of the Principal of the School to respondent no. 3, so that the absorption of the Principal and other teachers could be done; therefore, the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition. In the application, the petitioner has also prayed that liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach the Court in future, in case need arises.
2. In view of the facts, as stated above, the withdrawal application is allowed. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Court in future, in case need arises.
3. Let a certified copy of this judgment be issued today itself.
