The applicant are facing prosecution for the offence punishable under section 364A, 368, 120B I.P.C.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct that the applicant namely Suhkdev Singh be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond each with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Udham Singh Nagar.
