Order

18/12/2017

The prayer in the present petition is to direct therespondent-University to declare the result of the students ofpetitioner College and issue mark sheet in favour of all thestudents who have pursued their BA final year examination 2016-17 from petitioner College.

Learned counsel for the respondent University has pointedout that the results have since been declared on 15/12/2017. A

copy of the same has been placed on record. It is further pointedout that the result of some of the students stand cancelled in viewof the fact that they were found involved in mass copying.

In view of the above, the writ petition is renderedinfructuous. Dismissed accordingly.

However, while issuing notices on 17/07/2017, an interimorder was passed directing the respondent-Colleges to allow thestudents of the petitioners college to deposit their fees towardsthe course and also allowed to report at the concerned college. Itis clarified that all those students, who will be found disqualifiedon account of declaration or non-declaration or cancellation oftheir result or otherwise, will be at liberty to pursue their otherremedies, if so available to them.
