CLCON No.529 of 2017

U.C. Dhyani, J.

Ms. Lata Negi, Advocate holding brief of Mrs. Neetu Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, Advocate for the respondents.

Compliance affidavit is taken on record. Miscellaneous application made therefor disposed of.

It is the submission of learned counsel for the respondents that respondent no.3 has complied with the order sought to be executed. A copy of order dated 08.12.2017 has been placed before the Court, whereby representation dated 15.9.2017 of Shri Rakesh Kumar, Pound Keeper, Cantt Board, Roorkee, has been decided.

When the order sought to be executed has been complied with, therefore, the Court does not see any reason to proceed further with the contempt petition. The same is accordingly, closed.

Notice issued to the respondent no.1 is discharged.
