Heard Sri Khalil Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed to issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of certiorari quashing of the order dated 2[nd] November 2000 by which the petitioner was transferred from Poorva Madhyamik Vidhyalaya, Hazira, Bazpur to Poorva Madhyamik Vidhyalaya, Bharatpur, Jaspur.
This Court on 06.12.2000 stayed operation of the order dated 02.11.2000 till the next date of listing. The stay order was extended time to time.
Counter affidavit has been filed by the State along with the stay vacation application.
The matter relates to the transfer of a teacher from one school to another. By efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
