Let the applicants (1) Nand Mandal son Sadhan Mandal, (2) Neel Kanth son of Vishwanath Malik, (3) Nikhil Malik son of Neelkamal, (4) Gopal Wala son of Thakur Wala, (5), Balai Wala son of Thakur Wala, (6) Paritosh son of Kashinath Mandal and (7) Subhash Mandal son of Kashinath Mandal, all residents of Bengali Colony, P.S. Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar and (8) Gurdev Singh alias Debu son of Sundar Singh, r/o Sudar Ghat Kishanpuri, P.S. Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar be released on bail in case crime no. 386 of 2002, under sections 147, 323, 302, 504, 506/34 I.P.C., P.S.
