Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions ofinvestigation officer Shri Dharmendra Kumar, who is presentin person in court, submitted that petitioner's husbandSony Goyal was called for interrogation in one FIR and hewas not detained and he has been sent back to his home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits thatSonu Goyal has come to his house and he is no more in theillegal detention.

In case, any person has been summoned for thepurpose of interrogation, he cannot be said to be inillegal detention in any manner whatsoever.

Since Sonu Goyal has now come to his house, therefore, this habeas corpus petition has becomeinfructuous and it is accordingly disposed of.
