This writ petition has been filed as a public interestlitigation pointing out that Rajasthan State IndustrialDevelopment and Investment Corporation (RIICO) has allottedlands for construction of shops over which high tensionwire is running. Construction of shops and carrying on ofbusiness activities therein may be dangerous to the humanlives and property.

We are of the view that the grievance of this kind maybe made by persons who have been allotted the shops. In thefacts and circumstances, we are not satisfied about thebonafide of the petitioners.

The writ petition is dismissed in limine.
