Since recovery citation, which has been challenged in the writ petition has been issued by Tehsildar, Tehsil- Shahbad, District-Rampur (U.P.), therefore this Court has no territorial jurisdiction against the Revenue Authority in District Rampur (U.P.). Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of territorial jurisdiction. However, this will not preclude the petitioners to approach the Competent Court.
