Counsel for the petitioner submits thatpetitioner has filed an application for his releaseon emergent parole on the ground that his motherhas to be subjected to immediate open heart surgeryand that it is his real emergency and therefore itmay be suffice to direct the Director General(Prisons) Rajasthan, Jaipur to decide hisapplication.
This petition is disposed of with thedirection to Director General (Prisons) Rajasthan,Jaipur to decide the application of the petitionerfor his release on emergent parole within two weeksfrom the date, copy of this order is producedbefore him.
