This is the revision under section 401 CrPC against the order dated 06.09.2003 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Nainital in case No. 40 of 1997 (Smt. Sadabi Begum Vs Sri Safat Hussain).
I have perused the above judgment. In my opinion, the judgment does not suffer from any irregularity and the revision, therefore, lacks merit.
In view of the above, the revision is dismissed.
