Heard Sri B.D. Upadhyaya learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. C.S.C. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is working as Assistant Teacher in B.T.C. grade since 1986 and she has not been given promotion in the next higher grade despite representation pending since long.
The respondent authorities are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 9.9.2002 contained in Annexure 2 to the writ petition within a period of three months. With this, the petition is disposed of.
