Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.praying that respondents No.1 to 5 be directed to protect life andliberty of the petitioners as they apprehend danger to their lives atthe hands of respondent No.6.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and goingthrough the contents of the statement made by the petitioner No.1, a direction is issued to the concerned SHO to ensurenecessary vigil that no physical harm is caused to the lives of thepetitioners.
