The petitioner has filed this third bail application underSection 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.74/2020 registeredat Police Station Reengus for the offences under Sections 420,406, 419, 467, 468, 471 & 120B IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thestatement of three witnesses have already been examined and theallegations of taking money is against- Arun Kumar.
Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations andthat the other co-accused has also been denied bail, I am notinclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the third bail application is dismissed.
