This contempt petition has been pending since 2014. Theorder was passed by this Court to consider the representation ofthe petitioner and extend the benefittothe petitioner, if it iscovered by judgment or otherwise pass a speaking order as it hascome on record. The respondents have passed a speaking orderon 24.06.2016. It appears that no rejoinder was filed contestingthe order of 24.06.2016. However, in contempt proceedings theveracity and illegality of an order cannot be examined.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to challenge the orderdated 24.06.2016 in separate proceeding, the contemptproceedings are closed.
