Selfsame order was under challenge in Special Appeal No. 431 of 2013, where it was contended that exemption applicable to the State Government employees to the effect that they need not be registered with the Employment Exchange was not available to persons working in the instrumentalities of the State. That Appeal has been dismissed. We have not been persuaded to take a different view. The present Appeal fails and the same is also dismissed.
