WPCRL No.290/09 Hon’ble Dharam Veer, J.

None for the petitioner.

Mr. M.A. Khan, learned brief holder for the State. Learned brief holder makes a statement at bar that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted in this case, hence this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above development, the writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous with the observation that interim order dated 16.04.2009 passed by this Court shall continue till the charge sheet is received by the court concerned.
