This is the revision against the judgment and order dated 16.11.92 passed by Sessions Judge, Pauri Garhwal in criminal appeal No. 28 of 1992 by which the appellant was acquitted.
I have perused the above judgment. In my opinion, the judgment does not suffer from any infirmity and the revision, therefore, lacks merit.
In view of the above, the revision is dismissed.
