WPCRL No.513/09

Hon’ble Dharam Veer, J.

Mr. Tapan Singh, Adv. i/b Mr. Lokpal Singh, Adv. for the petitioners.

Mr. M.A. Khan, learned brief holder for the State, who makes a statement that after completion of investigation, final report has been submitted in this case. Averment to this effect has been made in paragraph no.2 of the counter affidavit filed by the I.O.

In view of the above development, the writ petition has now become infructuous. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous with the observation that interim order dated 12.06.2009 passed by this Court shall continue till the final report is received by the court concerned.
