ORAL JUDGMENT

District Judge, North Goa, at Panaji, dated 25.9.2001 in Misc. Civil Appeal No.82/2001, whereby the learned lower appellate Court confirmed the Order passed by the learned Civil Judge, Jr.
Division, Mapusa, dated 12.7.2001 in Civil Misc.
Applications No.199/2001 and 220/2001 in Regular Civil Suit No.128/2001. No interim orders have been passed at the time of admission of the Civil Revision Application.
2. In view of the Judgment of learned Single Judge of this Court dated 29/8/20002 in Civil Revision Application No.803/1996 (Nagorao alias Arun & ors. v.
