2- The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for the grant of arm licence is not being disposed of by the respondent- licensing authority thought all the formalities have been completed and early decision is required. The application is pending since last two years. Without making observations on merit, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction that the application of the petitioner shall be decided within fifteen days, from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
