Perused the F.I.R. The applicants have filed the receipts of purchasing of Bullocks. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is a fit case for bail.
Let the applicants Shahadat, Moh. Haneef, Usuf, Moh. Rahees, Moh.
Islam and Shamshuddin be released on bail on their executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Udham Singh Nagar.
