1. Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has no objection to grant the direction in terms of prayer clause (a) of the report of the Official Liquidator dated 26th August 2005.

2. Accordingly, order in terms of clause (a)
of the said report.
3. Learned Counsel, however, states that there are other properties belonging to the Respondent Company, of which, possession is yet to be taken by the Official Liquidator. He has placed reliance on two letters dated 3rd April 2000
addressed to Deputy Municipal Commissioner and dated 13th April 2000 addressed to the Official Liquidator in support of his submission.
4. Official Liquidator to verify the claim of the Petitioner. Petitioner to extend necessary support to the Official Liquidator for enquiring into the fact whether there are other properties belonging to the Respondent Company. On completion of that enquiry, further report may be submitted.
