Co-accused Shishir Biswas has been admitted to bail by this court vide order dated 12.11.2003. On Parity the bail application is allowed.
The applicant –accused Smt. Toko Biswas shall be released in crime No. 292/2003 under sections 304-B I.P.C., P.S. District Udham Singh Nagar on her executing a personal bond each and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Udham Singh Nagar.
