1. Heard learned counsel for appellants and learned counsel for respondent no.1 in all Letters Patent Appeals.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that dispute between the parties is amicably settled and terms of settlement are mentioned in the joint pursis dated 22.12.2001 which is signed by appellant and respondent no. 1 as well as their respective counsel. The said pursis is taken on record.
3. Learned counsel for the parties requested this Court to dispose of Letters Patent Appeal in terms of joint pursis dated 22.12.2011 since the dispute between them is settled.
4. Since the dispute is settled and the joint pursis signed by the parties as well as their advocates is placed on record, we dispose of the Letters Patent Appeal in terms of joint pursis dated 22.12.2011.
