. We have gone through the communication dated 19.07.2007 from the District Judge-2 & Additional Sessions Judge, Pune seeking transfer of the amount pending in Letters Patent Appeal No. 67 of 1990 in First Appeal No. 10 of 1976 on the basis that the parties have compromised the matter and, therefore, whatever has been deposited in this Court be transferred to the District Court, Pune so that the compromise can be finalised. It appears that the registry of this Court is not able to trace out the farad in Letters Patent Appeal No. 67 of 1990. We, therefore, direct the Registrar Judicial-I, to inquire into the matter and immediately trace out the record and proceedings required to ascertain the deposit of the amount by the parties in this Court in the pending LPA and also verify from the records of the Nazir of this Court and if such amount is deposited the same may be forthwith transmitted to the District Court, Pune as per the aforesaid request. The compliance report be placed before this Court on or before 20/11/2007.
