This application has been filed by the applicant to set aside the impugned charge-sheet dated 07.11.2000 in case crime No. 1164- A of 1999 under Section 323, 504 I.P.C. P.S. Kotwali, Distt. Haridwar as well as the order of S.P., Haridwar dated 07.11.2000 regarding cancellation of previous charge-sheet submitted by the police dated 16.12.1999.
I have perused the record. I do not find any merit in the application. Therefore, the application is dismissed. Lower court record to be sent back.
