Hon’ble Prafulla C. Pant, J.

Mr. Devesh Upreti, Advocate, present for the applicant.

Mr. S.S. Adhikari, A.G.A., present for the State.

Heard.

Applicant is a woman. It is pleaded that from the First Information Report itself it is clear that the applicant is named on suspicion, as the two main accused (Om Kumar and Sewa Ram), allegedly after giving reference of the applicant stayed in the house of the complainant and on the next day morning slippedwith her daughter.

In the above circumstances, particularly considering the fact that applicant is a woman, without expressing any opinion as to final merits of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant deserves bail.

The bail application is allowed. Let the applicant Laxmi Devi, be released on bail, on executing personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Champawat.
