WPSS No. 3690 of 2017 U.C.Dhyani, J.

Mr. Harendra Belwal, Advocate, present for the petitioner.

Mr. M. C. Tiwari, learned Deputy Advocate General, present for the State/ respondents.

By means of present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs, among others: seeks following reliefs, among others:

[

“(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to engage the petitioner on the Computer Analyst/Data Entry Operator in the office of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ram Nagar.

(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to decide the representation dated 25.10.2017 and consequential letter dated 13.11.2017 addressed to the respondent no. 2(annexure 6 & 7).”

After arguing the writ petition at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the extent that respondent no. 2 may kindly be directed to decide petitioner’s representation, to which, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

Present writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no. 2 to decide the representations (annexure 6) of the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order, at an earliest possible but not later than six weeks of presentation of certified copy of this Order alongwith the representation.

Needless to say that decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner soon thereafter.

(U.C.Dhyani, J.)
