Hon’ble P.C. Verma, A.C.J. Hon’ble Rajesh Tandon, J.

Heard Shri Lalit Kumar Tiwari, Advocate for the petitioner and learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been called for interview by the Public Service Commission, though he has passed the written test. No statement of facts has been made in the writ petition to the effect that any candidate having lesser marks from the petitioner has been called for interview. Therefore, the petition lacks foundation of the grievance.

In view of the above, this petition is devoid of any merit and is, hereby, dismissed.
