WPMB No. 839 of 2002
Hon’ble A.A. Desai, C.J. Hon. M.M. Ghildiyal,J.
Heard Sri Rakesh Thapaliyal, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned G.A.
The first information report is lodged by a student admitted to the institution of the petitioners. According to the version of the F.I.R., the complainant has been cheated and further by adopting coercive methods, they wanted to suppress the complainant-student from raising any voice. On going through the substance of the F.I.R., we find prima facie case is made out. We, therefore, do not propose to entertain the petition and interfere with the investigation. The petition is dismissed accordingly.
