Instead of issuing notice to therespondent, I think it appropriate todirect the Administrative Tribunal, Goa,at Panaji, to finally dispose of theRevision Application No.126/2002 notlater than three months from today. Inview of this Order, it will not benecessary to go into the correctness ofthe impugned order which is obviouslyan interlocutory order passed on 6thAugust, 2002. It is made clear that theTribunal shall ensure that the Revisionis finally disposed of within the timespecified hereinbefore. Parties toextend necessary cooperation to theTribunal for early disposal of theRevision Application.Disposed of in the above terms.
