Hon ’ble M.M. Gh ildiy al, J.
Heard Sri S.S. Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press the writ petition at this stage; therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the same. Further, he may be given opportunity to make representation before the appropriate authority for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the competent authority of redressal of his grievance. All the pending applications stand disposed of.
