CRLR No. 109 of 2006 Hon’ble U.C.Dhyani, J.

Ms. Lata Negi, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Ajai Veer Pundeer, present for the revisionist.

Mr. S. A. Siddiqui, learned AGA, present for the State. Mr. Pramod Belwal, Advocate, present for the private respondents.

By means of CRMA No. 2059 of 2013, learned counsel for the revisionist seeks to withdraw the criminal revision.

Criminal revision was decided on merits on 26.12.2013, albeit in the absence of the learned counsel for the revisionist. Withdrawal application has, therefore, become infructuous. The same is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
