Hon’ble P.C. Verma, A.C.J.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Government Advocate and Sri K. P. Upadhyay, learned counsel for the complainant.

This is first bail application of the applicants. I have perused the record of bail application. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is entitled for bail.

Let the applicant Sudhir Jain S/o Anand Prakash Jain, be released on bail on furnishing adequate surety to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Dehradun. However, the trial of the applicant (accused) may be concluded within a period of three months.
