ORAL JUDGMENT:
This Civil Revision Application has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 29.3.2000 passed by the District Judge, South Goa, at Margao in Misc. Civil Appeal No.36/1999. Mr. D. Pangam, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants states that the suit filed by the present respondent was dismissed by the learned trial Court on 6.4.2001. He states that in view of the dismissal of the suit, the present Civil the learned trial Court on 6.4.2001. He states that in view of the dismissal of the suit, the present Civil Revision Application has become infructuous. Accepting the statement of the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant, Civil Revision Application No.158/2000 is dismissed as infructuous, with no order as to costs.
