He states that further hearing in thematter before Respondent No. 5 is scheduled on 07.01.2022. In viewthereof, Petitioners are at liberty to attend the said hearing and maketheir submissions. No action shall therefore be taken against thePetitioners pursuant to the notice dated 28.12.2021 until the hearingis given to the Petitioners and two weeks thereafter, if the orderpassed by Respondent No. 5 is against the Petitioners.2.The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
