Uttarakhand High Court
WRIT PETITION 241 of 2020 on 31 December 2019
Conclusion
MCC No.241/2020 (Time Extension Application)
InWPMS No.2769 of 2019Hon’bleSudhanshu Dhulia, J.
Mr. Pankaj Goswami, Advocate for the
petitioner. Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, Advocate for respondent no. 2.
The petitioner admittedly has an accommodation in a cantonment area, which is the property of the Cantonment Board.
On 16.09.2019, the writ petition was disposed of by this Court by giving the petitioner time till 31.12.2019 to vacate the premises. The petitioner, however, did not vacate the premises, but moved a time extension application before this Court for extension of time. Again the time was extended by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2019 till 31.03.2020 and the petitioner was directed to vacate the premises on or before 31.03.2020. The petitioner did not vacate the premises and yet again moved another time extension application for extension of time. This application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 13.03.2020.
Now the petitioner has filed another time extension application being MCC No. 241 of 2020 before this Court praying that some more time be granted to the petitioner to vacate the premises.
Since this Court has already granted extension to the petitioner, there is no occasion to interfere in the matter as the last application of the petitioner for extension of time has already been rejected.
Consequently, the time extension application stands dismissed.
