This Civil Revision Application arises against the Judgment of the Additional District Judge, Mapusa, dated 21st June, 2000, in Miscellaneous Civil Appeal No.8
of 2000, by which the learned lower appellate Court dismissed the Appeal and confirmed the Order passed by the learned Trial Court in Civil Miscellaneous Application No.31/96/99/A.
2. Mr. A. Nachinolkar, the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant has fairly stated that in view of the Judgment of the learned Single Judge of this Court, the present Revision Application is not maintainable.
3. In view of this, Civil Revision Application No.222 of 2000 is dismissed with no order as to costs.
