Criminal Revision No. 805 of 2001 (Old No. 78/1989)

Hon’ble P.C.Verma, A.C. J.

This revision has been filed by the revisionist/opp.party against the impugned judgment and order dated 07.12.1988 passed by the Sessions Judge, Almora in Criminal Revision No. 11 of 1988, by which he has allowed the revision filed by the applicant-wife and remanded the case to the Magistrate for disposal according to law and the observations made by him in his judgment.

I have perused the judgment passed by the learned Sessions Judge in the revision. It does not suffer from any infirmity or illegality. The revision has no merit and is hereby dismissed. The interim order dated 19.01.1989 is vacated.
