. There is a praecipe moved by the appellants for speaking to the minutes. The appellants are under an impression that the part of the order in paragraph 3
directing the appellants to advertise relates to winding up of the company. It is not so. The said order was necessitated in order to effect substituted service in addition to usual mode of service to respondents as on earlier occasion none appeared for the respondent company which led to the admission of the appeal as at the stage of admission also inspite of notice to the respondents as well as substituted notice by publication being effected, none appeared for respondents. The appellants are directed to deposit the publication charges for effecting substituted service within four weeks from this clarification.
