The grievance of the petitioner is that she is working as Assistant Teacher in B.T.C. grade since 1985 and she has not been given promotion in next higher grade despite her representation pending since long.
The respondent authorities are directed to decide the representation dated 9.9.2002 of the petition contained in Annexure 2 to the writ petition within a period of three month with this, the petition is disposed of.
